Sol Córdova, LPC Intern

Sol is a warm and effective clinician who considers it a privilege to partner with clients as they engage in a process of self-discovery and self-empowerment. Sol is a strong believer in holding a non-judgmental space where the therapeutic relationship can thrive. She believes in the strength of sharing one’s story and helping integrate pieces that continue to bring distress or discomfort. Working from a person-centered and relational approach, she works alongside teens, adults, and couples through various issues including trauma, anxiety, life transitions, acculturation issues, and relationship struggles. Sol is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) when working with couples. Additionally, Sol is bilingual in both Spanish and English.

Caitlin Young, LPC Intern

Caitlin believes that every individual has the answers they are seeking within them but sometimes our journey gets too difficult to handle on our own. She will take a personalized approach to meet the individual and unique needs of each client. She uses a collaborative, person centered style to therapy while incorporating mindfulness techniques. She believes in self compassion, whole body connectedness and community.

Caitlin works with adults and adolescence who are struggling with anxiety, depression, body image issues, self-esteem, stress management and relational issues. She is LGBTQ allied.
